1.) first click on the top right corner "Sign in"
2.) sign in - I think you have to use the email address to which i sent an email to asking you to be an author.
3.) then you'll see a "dashboard" where you can click "New Post" or on the main page at the top right corner you'll see a "New Post" button.
This is perfect - even the most blogger challenged (including myself) should do good with this.
